Hide and Seek with Kitty and Friends Exhibition Singapore’06 will feature Hello Kitty memorabilia from the 1970’s as well as contemporary works of art by international artists and designers, whose works reflect the contemporary interpretation of the spirit and essence of Hello Kitty in the form of fashion, music, and motion graphics.

Then I heard that there will be several zones, visitors will get to experience different aspects of Hello Kitty! Oh yeah!

There are actually quite a lot of Hello Kitty Games around. I myself love the Xbox Hello Kitty Game - Roller Rescue. Although it is a very kiddy game… But I find it very entertaining to play my favorite character, Hello Kitty in a game and she goes around on her roller skates to save her friends like Little Twin Stars, Badtz Maru, etc…
Very very kawaii…

MICROSOFT XBOX HELLO KITTY GAME

Hello Kitty: Roller Rescue is a video game of the action-adventure genre released in 2005 by XPEC / Namco Hometek.It can be used for Microsoft XBox, Sony Playstation 2, Nintendo GameCube and home PC (Both Microsoft & Macintosh)
To prepare for this launch of the new Hello Kitty XBox game, microsoft even launched an exclusive limited edition Sanrio XBox with it.
A Hello Kitty Crystal Xbox was released with Sanrio in Singapore, to commemorate the release of the game on the Xbox.The special edition console was translucent with a pink and orange Hello Kitty picture covering the X on top of the case.

A limited production run of 550 units was sold at a retail price of S$99 (US$61), if you purchase selected Samsung LCD TVs during a promotion. Included with the Hello Kitty Crystal console was a matching Crystal Controller S and of course, a copy of Hello Kitty Mission Rescue.

Did I get one?

No, sadly I wasn’t in time to get 1 unit. (Darn) All the stores sold out then and I do not need a LCD TV leh….

Although it’s sometime back, but do you know that amongst many celebrities whom are fans of Hello Kitty, Lisa Loeb is also one of them.

I had mentioned earlier about the Fender’s Players Club with the Hello Kitty Stratus Guitar, today I am going to share a bit more about Lisa Loeb and the Hello Kitty Guitars.

She helped to market the Hello Kitty guitar, Fender Players’ Club. On 15 October 2002, she even released an album titled “Hello Lisa”, with Artemis Records.
“Hello Lisa” has a similar track listing to Album “Cake & Pie”, also by Lisa Loeb, through A&M Records.

Apparently, Lisa Loeb was sued by Sanrio for illegally using the Hello Kitty visuals without permission on her album. The album is a homage to the popular character Hello Kitty, of which Loeb is a huge fan.

This is Mitsubishi’s i “Princess Kitty” Hello Kitty limited edition, and limited is ONE piece.

The Princess Kitty is finished in pink, with matching paint applied to the wheels. The Hello Kitty trademark ribbon logo is applied to the front doors and roof, while the rear doors get a “Princess Kitty” graphic with the lovable cartoon character’s face. The back window also gets a large Hello Kitty face decal. The sideview mirrors feature Hello Kitty’s face in relief.

Inside, occupants rest on pink-and-white striped seatcovers adorned with the “Princess kitty” logo. The headrest covers are the shape of Hello Kitty’s head, complete with ribbon on the left ear.

Accordingly to information from autoblog.com, this car was a one-off special at the Mitsukoshi department store in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi district during July 25th - 31st 2006. As there is only ONE car, all the interested buyers will have to register and one lucky buyer will get to buy the car for ¥2,100,000 (About US$18,200) — 200,000 of which goes to Japan’s UNICEF.

Just as I only blogged about my love Macbook…. Today I got news about the Macbook Pro with Merom…

I was thinking it will be coming maybe in another 1 - 2 months time…

Macbook Pro with Merom is now here in Singapore!!! Price range from S$3,488 to S$4,788… Wheph…….
URGH!!!

The only consolation to me… (For someone whom is so in love with Mac & just bought a Mac less than 2 weeks and one whom had been waiting & waiting & waiting for Mac to incorporate Merom) is that my Macbook is WHITE…..

Hee hee…

Now… All the tech-enthuasists are talking about it… If you are very very keen to buy one immediately… And don’t wish to be disappointed… I would strongly suggest that you make a call to check on stock & any other upgrades if you want to do, before you head on down to the store.

Like in my case when I went down to buy my Macbook 2 weeks ago… The accessories I want to buy together are all out of stock, including the very very important wireless Mighty mouseeeeeee….. Can you imagine my disappointment then???

My very first Mac-machine… running with a ‘not-related-nor-matching-in-looks’ mouse…. JUST DOES NOT GO WELL!!!

Anyway… I carried all my stuff from the EpiCentre@Orchard Mac Store & went to buy the mouse at Funan…

Macbook ROXXXX!!!

I can say it a thousand times, a million times!!!

MAXBOOK ROXXXXX!!! Finally I am a proud owner of Macbook (Whooohoooo!!!) And in case you do not know who the beautiful gal is on the wallpaper (No, unfortunately it is not me), she is Japan’s most talented singer & actress - Mika Nakashima.

Must just post a picture of this beauty (Macbook & Mika) to share with you…. My joy… Hahaha…

Yes… On my desk is also one of my favorite gadget…. My Sony white PSP…. Giga-pack… I bought a couple of PSP games but my favorite is still SIMS family. I love to develop & create characters, interior designing, etc… I love RPG games too but much prefer to game ‘properly’ on the computer. *Grins* Anyway, that gets very addictive…

I love to watch drama series (Be it Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese or Hong Kies) and I do not have the patience nor time to slowly watch every single detail. Hence I’ll also convert some of the files over to watch on my PSP. Especially great for travel where I would watch shorter clips like Anime or The Simpsons. Haha… Love my PSP…

Now… I’ve always been a Mac supporter… I am still. I have an Ipod Shuffler and I am still deciding between a nano (Slim & cool but max only 8G) or the reliable IPod (Where I can keep ALLLLLLLL of my music)… I might just end up buying both but I’m more inclined towards the heavy duty one.

Okie…. Off-key for a while. Now, I bought this MP3 player from Taiwan… Super affordable, 2GB & super slim & light. It comes with so many function you cannot believe it. What I love about it is that it’s both an MP3 & a radio. It actually comes with games, movies, etc… but those are not so important.

After some modifications (Which I always do to all my personal stuff), it looks really kindda kawaii…. Hee hee….

I mod my external hard-disk as well…
