In Taiwan, I noticed a very very interesting thing. In general, most of the Taiwaneses’ shoes are very clean, spotless… As though they are newly bought. Amazing isn’t it? I wouldn’t say that their streets are very clean. There tend to be puddles & dirt around. But yet they managed to have clean shoes.

In Taiwan, they tend to be in sports wear. Actually, taiwaneses really know how to dress up. They may not be dressed in Gucci & Prada, but they really look very good. They put a lot of efforts on accessories like caps, sunglasses… Then they also have very stylish hairdos, makeups, etc. Very very cool culture, amongst the youths.

I was sooo inspired by them; for the fact that one can look so good in sports wear. For someone like me whom does not wear sports wear nor shoes, it’s really an eye-opener. Both my bf & I bought so many shoes back, for a start….

If you know Jolin, you would have noticed how beautiful her acrylic nails are… All the time. In fact, she has had them for the past 8 years!!! I really wonder how her actual nails’ condition is.

Anyway, Taiwan’s nail art is pretty sophisticated & skilful. Hence, how can I miss such an opportunity???

I spent NT$3200 for a full set of acrylic nails together with nail art. It’s a beauty!!! I did it at a store in 西门町 and the lady attending to me, she was fabulous!!! I’m really very impressed with the service level there. I went to the store at 8pm. The whole process lasted more than 3 hours…. I was the last customer of the day. She must be soooo tired out but her attitude was still very very fantastic. She even gave me a small bottle of cuticle oil….

OKWap is a taiwan brand. And their phones are really very very cute & kawaii!!!

I did not see all the models in Taiwan. I only saw A263 model and it’s quite expensive. Hence I did not buy… Awwww…. What a pity man…..

我回来了！！！ I cannot imagine that I have actually spent half a month in Taiwan!!! And I experienced typhoon for the first time in my whole life!!!

Well well… There are sooooo many things to blog about this trip. It’ll definitely take me a while to write them all down… There are so many things that I wanna share with you all… Like the typhoon experience… The wonderful food in Taiwan… The lovely culture (The mannerism of the Taiwanese)… The best pub I’ve ever being to… LUXY roxxx…. The hotels that I stayed in… The bloody hot weather…. Even hotter than Singapore… Trip to 杨明山… My new hairdo…. My new wardrode… Hahahhahha…. And many many more….

But right now… The more important thing first…

I must share with you my loads of Hello Kitty purchase!!!

Waahahahahhaha… Taiwan is a Kitty Paradise!!! Everywhere is a Kitty Land!!! To think that I had even signed for 2 separate memberships there… Can u believe that??? OMG… But of course… With the blessings of my bf la… Hee hee…

Here… May I present… My victorious Conquest:

Okie… Let me have the honor to introduce to you the items…. Starting from the top left to right. I’ve bought the Hello Kitty bag (Big & nice to carry) and the carriers from the various stores’ purchases. The box that you see is actually for the big porcelain bowl + spoon in front of it.

Next row from left, you see the big piece of Hello Kitty Sticker that aids to remove odours. Charmmy Kitty cup that retains the temperature (I intend to bring this to use in my new office) & Charmmy stick-on nails… They are beautiful!!! Although each application can only last a day using the stickers. The red kitty bottle for storing my drinking h20, Hello Kitty cups that come in a pair, and their round bottom actually is structured in such a way that they are like Humpty Dumpty, they will not topple but they will rock around… Like the newly invented red wine glasses that do not have the holder + bottom. Then you see a set of the kitty chopstick holders for me to use for my guests when I throw a Kitty Feast Party.

Oh you see the pink fluffy thing? It’s actually a tiara!!! I’ve no use for it lah… But I cannot resist buying it coz it’s soooo pretty… (And cheap. NT$250) Maybe I could use it for photo shoot, if I get married. Wahhahahha…..

Then you see a couple of the bowls & plates. I love to buy these as they are practical. I could use them. The packet inside the biggest bowl is actually packs of sugar for coffee & tea. Ha! i saw it at the most atas Supermarket @ 新光三越 A4 @ 市政府站. It’s quite expensive but I’ve not seen it before and since I also love throwing Hello Kitty High Tea party, I thought I could use them for my guests the next time… *OUCH*

Now, on the extreme left you see 2 round boxes of CDs. They are actually recordable DVDs & CDs!!! The red one is a whole set of 25 x recordable 8xDVD+R 4.7GB. The blue one is actually a set of 2×12 different designs of CDs + DVDs.

Then I bought the Kitty calculator & a universal remote control from… Guess where… From their Watson!!! Watson in Taiwan is called 屈成史. They are selling a very cute Hello Kitty MP3 player (256MB) too but the price is too atrocious @ NT$1980. I bought tonnes of the Kitty wet tissues from Watson too.

Next you see that 8 pieces of Kitty Magnets on the bottom left. There’s Avon Kitty facial blotters, chocolates, Kitty masks for the bikers, Kitty boxers, Kitty handkerchief, Kitty goggles for swimming… Though I doubt I’ll dare to use…

This is the SGD$300 clock that I’ve been eyeing for the longest time… I could not bear to buy it in Singapore because it is soooooo expensive for a clock… And as far as I could find… There is only 1 left at the Suntec Sanrio store… But fortunately…. I could find them in Taiwan (Quite a couple) and I got a discount for it… So eventually I paid SGD$250 for it… *OUCH* I dunno why but it was a love at first sight clock. It has 10 different melodies and the clock will sing whenever an hour has passed. It’s also an intelligent clock that could detect light. So when it’s dark, it’ll recognize that it’s night time and will not sing then… NICE!!!

I had also bought this ear piece set. The ear piece is rather difficult to use though…. I dunno exactly how to hang it on my ears as they are just quite filmsy & loose…. The sound is not bad though… Price is also reasonable, NT$350? If I remember correctly…. Hee hee…. But it’s really very very cute, dun u think???

Oh my GOD!!! I love Fujifilm!!! They launched the photo printer MP-70 Charmmy Kitty edition! Whoohoooo….. PRETTY!!! I found this picture / information from a Hong Kong magazine. It’s retailing at HK$2,380. Then I went to surf Fujifilm’s website, and I found another item from Fujifilm that is also Charmmy branded!!!

时间过的真快。。。 3年了 。。。 我在MAXUS也有3年了。。。

一转眼我也快27岁了！！！（明年啦）

今天是我在这间公司的最后一天。有什麽感触？ 不知道呃。。。 我看着我那干净又空当的桌子。。。 有种麽明的喜爱。。。 （因为我喜欢整齐）可是同时也有种麽名的孤单。。。寂寞。。。

我记得。。。 刚踏入这间公司时。。。 我还是一个大丫头。。。 爱玩的半命。。。  鬼点子一大堆。。。 在这学习了很多东西。 以前性格很冲动，一有什麽不公平的事，就会去和人理论 。 我不是一个喜欢PR的人。  不过幸好大家都很照顾我，老板也很照顾。。。

还是不要写得太伤感了。。。 毕竟。。。 休息是为了要走更远的路。

 Okie…. 那我要休息到哪里去呢？哈哈哈。。。

来谈一些比较好玩有趣的东西。。。  台湾！！！

明天呢。。。 我就要乘搭Jetstars飞去台北的中正机场了！而且呢，一去就是2星期哦。。。 (5th - 18th August 2006) 我很喜欢台湾，很喜欢那里的culture, 那里的食物，那里的shopping, 那里的许许多多。。。 那里的人很热情， 很乐于助人。。。 东西也很便宜哦。。。服务也很好。 Transportation 也很方便，地方虽然没有新加坡干净，但是很有特色哦。。。

我和2朋友一同去台北玩。。。 14th August 我的家人也会来台北和我会合哦。 （有老爸老妈和老妹。 King 还没有决定好要不要来）

我们的itenary都排得满满的。 西门町是一定要去的。 那里就有如新加坡的Orchard Road，很多姿多彩哦。。。 最IN最流行最另类的， 你都能在那找得到。我们身为Hello Kitty爱好者。。。 一定要去淡水的Hello Kitty Cafe！还有。。。 怎麽能不去台北市汉口街的Hello Kitty主题馆KTV呢？

在这个KTV里，有很多‘厢房’但是每一个都是不同的decor哦。 每一个都是一种Hello Kitty的款式。而且价钱也很合理。

哇！！！ 好多东西要看。。。 好多东西要买啊！

So kawaii!!! You can create all the Hello Kitty labels for your personal items!!! And I love to label my stuff. Well actually, I am someone whom loves customization & personalization. Hence I always like to DIY decor my personal items; from mobile phones, to calculators, to MP3 players, external hard disks, the monitor in my office, etc etc… And because I always buy my own pens (The colorful ones, some with fragrance), hence I would also always label them in case someone else takes it. (I’ve lost some along the way)…

I’ll go & find the one I saw in the Hong Kong ad to share with you all. That machine is prettier!!!

I have seen an ad by Brother (Hong Kong) on a Hello Kitty labelling machine (I still have that ad with me) hence I went to brother’s website to try to find that model… Instead, I found this special Sanrio edition sewing machine! Hee hee…

However they did not publish the visual of the Sewing machine. They did however, show what the machine can produce…

If you visited the website & can understand it, can you explain to me? Would be great if you can share a picture of the machine if you can find…. Currently I am having an amatuer version from Sakura.
