Mac Donalds in Hong Kong is running this campaign currently… (Oh boy how I wish I am in Hong Kong now…)

You can actually create your own photos with the Hello KittyBrick as the background (As per the picture) on their website !!! 好可爱啊！我也要！！！

My friend came across these whole spread on the Hello Kitty’s new campaign in Hong Kong in a HK magazine (Naturally) called Touch! & showed it to me… I was soooo facinated about it that I went to scan all the content so that I can share the good news with you all…

Eric Kot (柯民辉) left & Jan Lamb (林海峰) right are the 2 Hong Kong celebrities that had been invited to design their own KittyBricks. Eric designed the Kitty with the black top & his own 4As logo. Jan designed a ‘3omething’ with 3 dots (It’s a slang reading similar to the cantonese they speak) Both designs also come in 400% sizes too! 

It was a very unforgettable April this year.

My lovely colleagues had planned a surprize birthday party for me, in the name of a media-owner presentation. And it was the first time in my life that I have had a full-fledged Hello Kitty birthday!!!

Singapore has just launched a new complimentary tabiod papers called <我报>

It’s a very light & refreshing read, if only they can minimize the gossipy content, this would have been a fantastic papers! As I mentioned before, I am in media & advertising. When I attended the trade launch of this papers, the positioning of this papers is fantastic. The presence of this paper can really fill in the gap that was missing… Haiz… Wad happen???

Just like my subject header… There are some very wealthy collectors around the globe whom would pay such money!!! ( Ohhhhhhhh YES I WOULD TOO!!! If I have the money….. )

This is a Sanrio electric guitar… Guess how much it is worth…

Don’t jaw-drop. It was sold at $2.52 million yen, a SGD$33,000 guitar!

The collection of the coins are also accquired at a hefty price.

This is a box of Hello Kitty one-ounce silver coins coated with gold. They are actually minted by the Perth Mint Bureau.

The picture was taken in Japan, when they were on display for an event at the Tokyo Mitsukoshi department store. They were on sale for a price of $1.05 million yen (Whopping SGD$14,385)

Now…

In mypinkroom, you can see all kinds of Hello Kitty items that I adore… I know that we could literally live a ‘Hello Kitty’ lifestyle if we want, weaving into the Hello Kitty phenomenon, living, eating & breathing it…. But it still came as a big big surprize when I found this picture…

Now how’z that for a game with your friends?!?!?!

In the asian countries, majong is a very well-received game. Even though, it is typically & skeptically viewed as a gambling hobby, usually practised by the ‘uncles’ & ‘aunties’…

But I must stand up for the originator of this game. It is actually a very very intellectual game. Not only does it challenge your analytical skills, it also tests your memory; your ability to ‘intimidate’ your 3 other opponents; your determination & strength to withold yourself not to win a game, by deterring others to win when your tiles are really beyong hope.

Majong is a wonderful game. According to some, played on a healthy level regularly actually stimulates your brain activities & can help to prevent the Parkinson’s Disease (I hope I spelled it correctly)

My favorite character in the Kitty family - Charmmy Kitty….  Has come up with a kawaiiii digital camera!!!

The article was from ST Digital Life on 18th July 2006. Well… Nothing much about the article really. It is just talking about supplements that can enhance our digital cameras nowadays… Things like storage; how to sharpen images; how to retreive lost photos; how to hold still;  etc etc…

The highlight of the article (FPFC btw) was the big photo in the middle of the page — A brand new Charmmy Kitty digital camera!

Awwwww!

Now… I wonder where I can buy it.

Currently, I do have a pink digital camera, and it’s a pretty good one for me (And a pretty expensive one when I bought it. SGD$700). It’s panasonic FX-8. LOVE IT! Champange Pink color… And I decorated it with Charmmy Kitty 3D stickers… & pearls… So it’s really a very customized look…
