I just came across them from one of the teens magazine (No, not my type of magazine but I’m in advertising so I have to read all whenever I can… Hee hee) and found this very very cute FPFC ad in it.

The Story of Unazukin…

Unazukin is a small fairy .Usually she is under the big Mushroom in a woods.

She really likes to listen to the story of her friends. So, sometimes everybody comes together and she is very busy.

Because she is very good at listening to the story. She is just listening without saying anything, She is just looking at you, and nodding silently or shaking her head sometimes.

So,why don’t you talk to her?

Acordingly, over 1 million of it had already been sold in Japan alone! (Do visit their website. They have more than the fruits range featured). Unazukin is a special friend who loves to listen to your stories, questions and songs. She is supposedly wise and knowledgeble. So if I ask her a question, she will actually reply either a ‘Yes’ with a nod or a ‘No’ with a shake!

I’ve not had the chance to check it out at the store yet. They are available at selected Departmental stores & DCP Stores. I believe just head down to Takashimaya toys section. Should have them there. I went to check Toy ‘R’ us yesterday at Tampines. Dun have leh!!!

 I used to be so crazy over PostPet.

Then I don’t even know what it was.I saw it somewhere, either at the store or on some magazines and I thought that it looks really cute. Neverknew that it was sooooooooo huge in Japan!

PostPet was my passion before I actually become truly addicted to Hello Kitty. And this really came across from nowhere out of the blue…

I think I just happened to chance upon this character somewhere, in which I believe it was at some Puasar Malam (Night Market in Singapore) that I first saw this character. Ever since, I would buy those cute cute things that has this character.

In my collection, I’ve bought lots of pens & pencils, note pad, folder, cushions, slippers, towels, etc… The list goes on…

Naturally, given my love for cute cute stuff, I also surfed for a lot of their kawaii pictures & products… Click on the thumbnail to see the full visual!

Mac Donalds in Hong Kong is running this campaign currently… (Oh boy how I wish I am in Hong Kong now…)

My friend came across these whole spread on the Hello Kitty’s new campaign in Hong Kong in a HK magazine (Naturally) called Touch! & showed it to me… I was soooo facinated about it that I went to scan all the content so that I can share the good news with you all…

Eric Kot (柯民辉) left & Jan Lamb (林海峰) right are the 2 Hong Kong celebrities that had been invited to design their own KittyBricks. Eric designed the Kitty with the black top & his own 4As logo. Jan designed a ‘3omething’ with 3 dots (It’s a slang reading similar to the cantonese they speak) Both designs also come in 400% sizes too!

In mypinkroom, you can see all kinds of Hello Kitty items that I adore… I know that we could literally live a ‘Hello Kitty’ lifestyle if we want, weaving into the Hello Kitty phenomenon, living, eating & breathing it…. But it still came as a big big surprize when I found this picture…

Now how’z that for a game with your friends?!?!?!

In the asian countries, majong is a very well-received game. Even though, it is typically & skeptically viewed as a gambling hobby, usually practised by the ‘uncles’ & ‘aunties’…

But I must stand up for the originator of this game. It is actually a very very intellectual game. Not only does it challenge your analytical skills, it also tests your memory; your ability to ‘intimidate’ your 3 other opponents; your determination & strength to withold yourself not to win a game, by deterring others to win when your tiles are really beyong hope.

Majong is a wonderful game. According to some, played on a healthy level regularly actually stimulates your brain activities & can help to prevent the Parkinson’s Disease (I hope I spelled it correctly)

I can’t believe it. They actually have it?!?!?!  I was just surfing out of curiosity and Hello Kitty actually has such toys available!!! What exactly is in the mind of the japanese? Hmmmm…….. I guess they are extremely explorative people… 

Charmmy Kitty is my favorite character under the Kitty family. And guess what, Charmmy is actually Hello Kitty’s pet cat! Can you believe that? A cat having a pet cat…

Charmmy is a silky soft Persian with charm to spare. And she makes her debut together with her sweer little hamster pal, Sugar! Charmmy’s birthday is on the 1st of May. I dunno the year though…

I have always like Hello Kitty. But I fell in love  with it last year in 2005. The ‘burning passion’ made me determined enough to part a portion of my money to acquire Hello Kitty products every month. Just look at the products that I’m going to post later. They are just soooooo kawaii!!! Once I started, I cannot stop ever since. Hee hee… Even my colleagues are ‘influenced’ and the 3 of us would have regular therapeutic trips to the Hello Kitty store near to our office.

But of course, I am not washing out all my money on Kitty… (Even though I would love too!) And I’m glad that my close ones are also suportive of my ‘burning passion’! Kekeke…

There is a wonderful store in Singapore that I would like to mention. It is called ‘Kai Kai Gifts’ at 133 New Bridge Road #02-36 Chinatown Point Singapore 059413.

The boss, Ye Li is a jovious lady whom apparently, also has a ‘burning passion’ for Hello Kitty. Or maybe hers is close to an erupting volcano! If you are in Singapore, do drop by at her store.
